步骤
- 将微波炉的功率调至中等大小。如果你的微波炉是按照百分比来设置功率的,那就选择70%。[7]
- 将鸡肉放在微波炉适用容器里。如果你要用微波炉加热整只烤鸡,可考虑将鸡放在微波炉适用容器中,防止流出的肉汁弄脏微波炉。[8]
- 为了缩短加热的时间,你可以将整只鸡撕成几块,或者把鸡肉撕碎。把鸡块或者碎鸡肉放在微波炉适用的容器里。
- 将鸡肉加热1.5到5分钟。如果加热整只鸡,微波炉至少要运转5分钟。加热结束时检查鸡肉的内部温度。[9]
- 如果加热的是鸡块或者碎鸡肉,微波炉运转一分半钟后你就可以检查鸡肉的温度了。
- 在装鸡肉的盘子里倒一点鸡汤或蔬菜汤,这样加热过的鸡肉就不会太干。
- 测试鸡肉的温度,看是否达到74℃。将即时读取肉类温度计插入鸡肉最厚实的部位。如温度计显示74℃,说明鸡肉可以放心食用了。[10]
- 如果你喜欢吃焦脆的鸡皮,就将鸡肉放入烤箱中烤5分钟。有人觉得烤鸡最美味的部分就是焦脆的鸡皮,如果你也好这口,就把鸡肉放入180℃的烤箱中烤一会儿。[11]
- 装鸡肉的容器一定要适合在烤箱中使用,并且烤的时间必须为5分钟。
