- 如果作为头菜或者配菜,一人份煮好的通心粉大概是57g。[1] 如果只有通心粉这么一道菜,面的用量可以增加至85到115克。有时候,一人份的通心粉差不多115g,或者½杯,但是具体情况要由通心粉的形状决定。
- 一人份=60g;两人份=110g;四人份=230g;六人份=340g;八人份=450g。
- 用量杯或食品秤测出手肘状通心粉的用量。如果用食品秤,就将通心粉倒入和秤连在一起的杯子里,称出差不多55克。如果用量杯,½杯干的通心粉大概就是55克。
- 二人份=1杯;四人份=2杯;六人份=3杯;八人份=4杯。
- 用量杯或食品秤测出斜管面的用量。如果使用量杯,一人份,也就是55g斜管面相当于¾杯的干面条。
- 二人份= 1.5杯;四人份=3杯; 六人份= 4.5杯;八人份= 6杯。
- 用食品秤称量千层面,或者看片数决定用量。两片干的千层面大概是55g。[4]
- 做肉酱千层面时,通常会用到4片千层面。盛装千层面的烤盘尺寸一般为20x20cm,或者25 x20cm。[5] 。同样是四片千层面,如果使用20x20cm的烤盘,可供4个人食用;如果使用25x20cm的烤盘,可供6个人食用。
