用现值减去初始值。在这个汽车保险费的例子里，现值是450美元，初始值是400美元，所以450-400=50，得到的结果是50美元。
用步骤二中的结果除以初始值。此例中的结果（或者说初始值与现值的差）是50美元，用50除以初始值400美元， $50/$400 =0.125。现在你要做的就是把得到的小数换算成百分比。
