素材
- 2杯奶粉
- 1罐400毫升炼乳
- 半杯糖
- 1汤匙人造黄油
步骤
- 把奶粉和炼乳倒入碗内。2杯奶粉加400毫升炼乳。这个方子可做80颗牛奶软糖。
- 混合奶粉和炼乳。混合物比较浓厚,较难混合,所以需要用一把结实的勺子,耐心一点。
- 加入人造黄油。在混合物中加入1汤匙人造黄油。这能增加奶油口感。搅拌均匀。
- 造型,把奶糖捏成圆形或圆柱形。选择你喜欢的形状,圆形或像Tootsie Rolls可可软糖那样的圆柱形。用手来捏,可以戴上手套。做好的糖果放在盘中。
- 在盘中倒白糖。需要半杯白糖。
- 让白糖包裹在软糖上。确保覆盖得均匀完整。
- 用玻璃纸包装牛奶软糖。事先把玻璃纸剪成理想的形状。把软糖放在玻璃纸上,两端卷起来。
- 食用。可以把软糖放在盘中,作为派对甜点。也可以作为小零食随时食用。广告
