似乎很多菜肴都会大量用到西红柿。用西红柿做菜通常需要切丁。只要稍加练习,很快就能轻松地把西红柿切成丁。不论是罗马西红柿还是普通西红柿都可以切成丁,添加到汤、砂锅菜、沙拉或其它菜肴中。
步骤
- 清洗西红柿。切丁前,西红柿必须拿到水龙头下冲洗,把污垢和灰尘洗净。有些西红柿上还贴着标签,可别忘了撕掉。[1]
- 去蒂。小勺子或量勺里的茶匙可以用来除去西红柿蒂。只要把勺子尖插入西红柿上端,将蒂挖出来扔掉就行了。[2]
- 把西红柿对半切开。一手固定住西红柿,另一只手用锋利的刀将西红柿切开。从底部开始,沿着中线将西红柿切成大致相等的两半。[3]
- 把每半块西红柿切成片。把半块西红柿切面朝下放在菜板上。接着,在西红柿上垂直纵向切几刀。每片西红柿的厚度不能超过一厘米,注意尽量切均匀。[4]
- 一边切,一边用手指固定住西红柿。

- 把西红柿片切成丁。把西红柿片再转到一侧,沿着与刚才垂直的方向竖着切几刀。这样就能将罗马西红柿切成一堆小丁了。[9]
- 每刀之间的距离尽量一样,这样切成的小丁才会大小均匀。
