- 考虑让身体适应棉条。第一次使用卫生棉条时,很多女性都会感到忐忑不安,但是棉条用起来真的舒服又方便,也很容易塞入体内。去海边之前试用几次,等到真正入水的时候,你会更有信心。建议在大姨妈到访的那几天练习使用棉条,否则平常日子里插入棉条会很痛,也很危险。
- 记住,卫生棉条是不会在体内凭空消失的。如果因为某些原因,棉条尾端的拉线不见了,棉条还是能轻松地取出。只要棉条在体内放置的时间不超过8个小时,你就完全不用担心。
- 有些女性的确在塞入棉条时遇到过不少困难,原因是她们的处女膜太紧或者阴道口太小。如果你试过几次还是不成功,建议去看看医生。[23]
- 尝试游泳时不用卫生巾。这么做有些麻烦,你最后可能还是会“血染大海”,但是如果你不能用卫生棉条,又迫切地想要下海游泳,那就试试看吧。当你准备好游泳了,赶快去厕所把卫生巾撕下来,套上一条短裤,然后立刻跑回水里。
- 把短裤脱下来放在沙滩上,然后快速进到水里。游泳的时候,水压可能会迫使月经暂停,或者大大降低月经的流量,以至于根本看不出来。但是,这种方法并非万无一失。
- 准备上岸的时候,快速穿上短裤,拿张干净的卫生巾,跑到厕所里贴上。卫生巾可能无法贴在打湿的泳衣上,所以最好还是换上内裤,再穿上短裤。
