- 留意宫颈粘液在月经周期出现的变化。在整个月经周期内,你会发现宫颈粘液有几个明显的变化,包括:[38]
- 最近一次月经结束后,头3到4天没有明显的分泌液。
- 之后的3到5天有少量浑浊、黏糊糊的分泌液。
- 之后的3到4天有大量透明、湿湿滑滑的分泌液,这个时候正好是排卵前和排卵期间。
- 接下来的11到14天,宫颈粘液急剧减少,直到你再一次来月经。
- 6试着在受孕率最高的时候行房。基础体温上升前2天左右,应该是受孕率最高的时候。[44] 只要记录宫颈粘液和基础体温,当基础体温仍未上升,但身体已经分泌大量透明的宫颈粘液,就是最佳受孕时机。
- 虽然在基础体温上升前2天,身体还未排卵,但还是十分适合受孕,因为伴侣的精子可以在你的生殖道里存活5天。[45]
- 你可能需要记录好几个月,才成功怀孕。保持耐心,并计划在每个月的这个时候和伴侣行房。
