- 把肉从烤箱里拿出来。把平底锅放在料理台上。
- 用高火把平底锅烧热。在平底锅里加放入黄油等适量油脂,将肉的表面煎至焦黄。肉眼表面要焦焦脆脆的才好吃。[9]
