不知道头发什么时候会长长,你只能耐心地等待。这确实是一件让人很沮丧的事情。网上有各种各样促进头发生长的建议,但是我们觉得最简单的方法就是改善饮食。你只要做一些简单的调整,就能切切实实地感受到变化。在控制好饮食之后,你可以根据我们的建议,尝试一些最好、最有效的方法来改变生活习惯并护理头发。
步骤
- 不要每天用洗发水洗头。除非你的头发真的非常油,否则每天都用洗发水洗头会让头发变干,造成头发受损。两天洗一次头的话,身体自然分泌的油脂才能滋润发丝。[1]
- 为了保持清洁的毛囊,考虑给头皮做护理。这个方法同样能维护健康的头发。
- 使用护发素。用洗发水洗头之后,一定要使用护发素。护发素可以适当地补充洗去的油脂。但是在使用护发素之前,一定要将洗发水全部冲洗干净。[2]
- 用冷水冲洗头发。洗干净头发上的洗发水和护发素之后,用冷水简单地冲洗一下头发。冷水可以收缩头皮里的毛囊,这样可以减少洗澡后脱落的头发。[3]
- 尽量避免头发受到高温或者染发。头发长期经常受到高温或者染发都会造成头发损伤。为了减少头发受到高温的次数,要尽量让头发自然风干。用海绵或者尼龙卷发器卷头发,避免使用电热卷发棒。为了尽可能减少染发所造成的伤害,要延长染发间隔的时间,并且使用护色洗发水。[4]
- 小心地梳理头发。使用宽齿梳慢慢地理开打结的头发。用梳子梳理发梢,然后一点一点地整理上面的头发,直到将所有的头发理顺为止。如果为了理开打结的地方而太过用力地拉扯头发,你可能会损失不少的头发。[5]
- 正确地扎马尾。马尾扎得太高、太紧,可能会损伤头发。所以将马尾扎低一些,或者不要扎得太紧。避免使用橡皮筋。更换马尾的位置,这样可以避免连续损伤同一处的头发。[6]
