素材
面团
- 4 杯面粉
- 3/4杯奶粉
- 1 汤匙发酵粉
- 1茶匙盐
- 3只大鸡蛋
- 1杯糖
- 3/4 杯不加盐的黄油,融化后放至室温
- 1茶匙半香草提取物
馅料
- 1 杯杏仁果酱(相当于12盎司的罐子)
- 1 杯去核红枣切碎
- 1 杯不加糖的脱水椰子
- 3/4 杯葡萄干
- 或者简单的红豆沙或者莲蓉(如果用这些馅的话就不需要加其他的馅儿)。

- 1 只鸡蛋轻轻打散
- 2汤匙水

- 你可以添加任何你喜欢的馅料。想做红豆馅月饼的话,将一磅红豆泡在水里过夜,第二天从水中捞出来,然后用8杯热开水煮豆。煮到红豆裂开。然后用一只炖锅,炖红豆和捣碎的坚果(核桃,榛果,杏仁,腰果等),油和糖,直到炖到水分蒸发。放凉好再做下一步。
