本文是如何做出美味印度口味鸡块的菜谱。

素材

  • 鸡大腿,每份切成两块
  • 3汤匙柠檬汁
  • 3到5片碾碎的大蒜
  • 1/4汤匙的新鲜胡椒粉
  • 盐,按照不同口味酌量放入
  • 裹面粉
  • 1/4杯麦达面粉,用一点盐调味
  • 鸡蛋,与水充分搅拌
  • 1/2杯干面包屑
  • 用来油炸的植物油
