全脂奶操作起来相对容易。如果和低脂奶比较的话,全脂奶打奶的时间略长些,其奶泡维持也会更久一些。

- 不同牛奶产生奶泡的时间不同。所以操作咖啡机时务必耐心一些,否则只能破坏咖啡的味道。

- 牛奶过度加热以后味道不好。如果闻起来有一股奶冻的味道,牛奶可能已经变馊了。用新鲜所谓牛奶替把坏掉的牛奶。
- 尽量不要重复烹煮已经使用过的剩余牛奶。使用隔夜牛奶会降低咖啡或巧克力成品的口感。记住,新鲜牛奶的赏味口感最佳。
