Il peut être très difficile de te concentrer sur tes devoirs, surtout lorsque tu as envie de faire autre chose. Peut-être que tu penses sans cesse à ton téléphone, que ton ventre gargouille ou que tu veux simplement t'allonger et faire une sieste. Heureusement, il suffit d'apporter quelques petits changements à tes habitudes de travail pour vaincre ces distractions et te concentrer pleinement.

- Essaie de faire de la méditation de pleine conscience pour t'aider à te concentrer et à te détendre [22] . Cherche des vidéos en ligne ou utilise une application comme Calm ou Mind pour t'aider. Plus tu t'entraineras, plus il te sera facile de pratiquer la pleine conscience lorsque tu en auras besoin (par exemple, pour faire tes devoirs !).
