Steps
Uninstall third-party Snapchat apps or plug-ins. Log in to your Snapchat account. Enter the same username and password you use to access Snapchat in the app, and then click or tap Log in.
Click or tap Unlock. It's the yellow button at the bottom of the page. If the amount of time that passed is sufficient, you will see a message that confirms your account is now unlocked. If it hasn't been enough time, try again in a few hours.[2]

Enter your username, email, and phone number into the provided blanks.
Type a polite email message requesting reinstatement. Use the space provided to politely explain the situation. Express why your account was locked and assure Snapchat that you will follow the terms of service from now on. Be as polite as possible.
Click or tap Send. It's the yellow button at the bottom of the screen. If your email explanation is polite and understanding, you may be able to convince Snapchat to unlock your account. If your email is rude, or you are a repeat offender, you are not likely to get your account unlocked.
