2020 ൽ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ നടന്നുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന കൊറോണ വൈറസ് ബാധയെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള വിവരങ്ങൾ

ഇന്ത്യയിൽ കോവിഡ്-19 ബാധ ആദ്യമായി സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചത് 2020 ജനുവരി 30-ന് കേരളത്തിലെ തൃശ്ശൂർ ജില്ലയിൽ ആയിരുന്നു.[4] ഇത് ചൈനയിലെ വുഹാൻ എന്ന സ്ഥലത്തു നിന്നും ആണ് ഉത്ഭവിച്ചത് . 2020 May 12 ലെ കണക്ക് അനുസരിച്ച് ഇന്ത്യയിൽ രോഗം ബാധിച്ചവരുടെ എണ്ണം - 70,756, ഭേദമായവർ - 22,455, മരണപ്പെട്ടവർ - 2,293 പേരും ആണ്. [5]

ഒരു ഡസനിലധികം സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലും കേന്ദ്രഭരണ പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലും പൊട്ടിപ്പുറപ്പെട്ട കൊറോണ വൈറസ് ബാധ, 1897-ലെ പകർച്ചവ്യാധി രോഗ നിയമത്തിലെ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ പ്രകാരം ഒരു പകർച്ചവ്യാധിയായി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കപ്പെട്ടു. അതിനാൽ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളും നിരവധി വാണിജ്യ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളും അടച്ചുപൂട്ടുകയും ചെയ്തു. വൈറസ് ബാധ സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ച കേസുകളിൽ ഭൂരിഭാഗവും മറ്റ് രാജ്യങ്ങളുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടതിനാൽ ഇന്ത്യ എല്ലാ ടൂറിസ്റ്റ് വിസകളും താൽക്കാലികമായി നിർത്തിവച്ചു.[6]

ലോകാരോഗ്യസംഘടന (ഡബ്ല്യൂ.എച്ച്.ഒ) കൊറോണ വൈറസ് ബാധ മഹാമാരിയായി പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചപ്പോൾ ആരോഗ്യമന്ത്രി ഹർഷവർധന്റെ അധ്യക്ഷതയിൽ ചേർന്ന മന്ത്രിതല യോഗത്തിൽ ഇന്ത്യ നയതന്ത്ര വിസകൾ ഒഴികെയുള്ള എല്ലാ വിസകളും മാർച്ച് ഏപ്രിൽ 15 വരെ സസ്‌പെൻഡ് ചെയ്യാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചു.[7] മാർച്ച് 22-ന് കോവിഡ് -19 കേസുകൾ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ട 75 ജില്ലകളെ കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാർ മാർച്ച് 31 വരെ പൂർണമായി അടച്ചിടാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചു.[8]

ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ആദ്യ കൊറോണ വൈറസ് ബാധ ചൈനയിലെ വുഹാനിൽ നിന്ന് കേരളത്തിലേക്ക് മടങ്ങിയെത്തിയ 3 വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളിലാണ് സ്ഥിതികരിച്ചത്. രാജ്യത്തുടനീളം നിരവധി കേസുകൾ മാർച്ച് മാസത്തിൽ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ടു. ഇതിൽ ഭൂരിഭാഗവും വൈറസ് ബാധിത രാജ്യങ്ങളിലേക്ക് യാത്രാ ചരിത്രമുള്ള ആളുകളുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. മാർച്ച് 10 ന് ആകെ കേസുകൾ 50 ആയി. മാർച്ച് 12-ന് സൗദി അറേബ്യയിൽ നിന്ന് മടങ്ങിയെത്തിയ 76 കാരൻ രാജ്യത്ത് വൈറസിന്റെ ആദ്യ ഇരയായി. മൊത്തം കേസുകൾ മാർച്ച് 15 ന് 100 ലും മാർച്ച് 20 ന് 250 ലും എത്തി.

മാർച്ച് 18 വരെ വിദേശത്ത് 276 ഇന്ത്യൻ കേസുകളുണ്ടെന്ന് വിദേശകാര്യ മന്ത്രാലയം സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചു. ഇവരിൽ ഭൂരിഭാഗവും ഇറാനിലും (255), മറ്റുള്ളവർ യുണൈറ്റഡ് അറബ് എമിറേറ്റ്സ്, ഇറ്റലി, കുവൈറ്റ്, ശ്രീലങ്ക, റുവാണ്ട, ഹോങ്കോംഗ് എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലായിരുന്നു.[14] 2020 മാർച്ച് 20-ന് ഇറാനിൽ വെച്ച് ഒരു ഇന്ത്യക്കാരൻ മരിച്ചു.

മാർച്ച് 13 ന് കൊവിഡ്‌-19-നെതിരേ ഒന്നിക്കാൻ സാർക്ക് രാജ്യങ്ങളോട്‌ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്ര മോഡി ആഹ്വാനം ചെയ്‌തു. ഈ ആശയം നേപ്പാൾ, മാലിദ്വീപ്, ശ്രീലങ്ക, ഭൂട്ടാൻ രാജ്യത്തെ നേതാക്കൾ സ്വാഗതം ചെയ്തു. ഈ നിർദേശം പരിഗണിക്കാമെന്ന്‌ പാകിസ്‌താൻ സർക്കാർ അറിയിച്ചു.[22] മാർച്ച് 15 ന്, സാർക്ക് നേതാക്കളുടെ വീഡിയോ കോൺഫറൻസിന് ശേഷം പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി 74 കോടി ഡോളർ (10 മില്യൺ യുഎസ് ഡോളർ) സാർക്ക് രാജ്യങ്ങൾക്കായി കോവിഡ് -19 എമർജൻസി ഫണ്ടായി വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്തു.[21]

കോവിഡ് -19-നെ ചെറുക്കുന്നതിനും ആഗോള സമ്പദ്‌വ്യവസ്ഥയെ സുരക്ഷിതമായി സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള മാർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾ ചർച്ച ചെയ്യാൻ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ജി20 വെർച്വൽ കോൺഫറൻസിന് ആഹ്വാനം ചെയ്തു. ഓസ്‌ട്രേലിയ, അമേരിക്ക, ഫ്രാൻസ്, സൗദി അറേബ്യ തുടങ്ങിയ രാജ്യങ്ങളുടെ നേതാക്കൾ ഇതിനെ സ്വാഗതം ചെയ്യുകയും ചെയ്തു.[23]

2020 മാർച്ച് 19-ന് രാത്രി 8 മണിക്ക് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ടെലിവിഷൻ പ്രക്ഷേപണം നടത്തി. മാർച്ച് 22 ഞായറാഴ്ച രാവിലെ 7 മുതൽ രാത്രി 9 വരെ ജനതാ കർഫ്യൂ (ജനങ്ങളുടെ കർഫ്യൂ) ആചരിക്കാൻ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി മോദി എല്ലാ പൗരന്മാരോടും ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു.[24] രാജ്യത്ത് കൊവിഡ്‌-19 വൈറസ് ബാധ മൂലം നാല് പേരുടെ ജീവൻ നഷ്ടപ്പെടുകയും 167പേർക്ക് രോഗം സ്ഥിരീകരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്ത സാഹചര്യത്തിലാണ് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയുടെ ആഹ്വാനം.[25]
