- Añade todo el jamón, el queso rallado, lechuga y tomate a la mezcla de huevo y revuelvelo todo.
- Vierte la mezcla sobre la sartén.
- Espolvorea el queso restante y el jamón en la parte superior de la mezcla en la sartén.
- Déjalo cocer durante unos 3 minutos en la sartén hasta que la mezcla ya no sea líquida, pero sea blanda por dentro.
