If you live with people who say they are okay with you being in the buff, such as accepting roommates, then you can be nude any time you like. However, if people like your parents or siblings are really not into it, then you can practice nudism in the comforts of your own room or in other parts of the house when you know no one else will be home.
- Have an honest and frank conversation with the people you live with to gauge their reactions. Of course, it's important for you to practice your beliefs, but you don't want to infringe on the freedoms of others, either.

Talk to like minded people when choosing to find roommates. If you live with people who might be interested in the movement, too, then you can also have a frank conversation about inviting them to join your nudist lifestyle. If they don't know much about nudism, they may be a little alarmed, at first, but they may feel better once you educate them about the beliefs of the movement and set them straight on what nudism is really about.

How do nudists deal with going to the bathroom? Do they shower after every time they do?

Just like when you are clothed, after using the toilet, you wipe yourself with toilet paper. Most nudists/naturists carry a towel to sit on, so they don't sit on furniture directly. They shower before entering a pool or hot tub, to remove sweat, etc. This is just common courtesy/hygiene.

No. It is not accepted to be naked in your workplace. Even saunas and spas that obligate their visitors to be naked, at the same time obligate their personnel to be dressed. Workplace behavior is well-regulated on many different levels.

You can do basically anything naked. In the house you can eat, cook, read, watch TV, play on an electronic, clean, do arts and crafts and many other things. Outside you can have a picnic naked, skinny dip, play games, run around, chill, sunbathe, hike, ride a bike, or read. The first steps I would say is to sleep, exercise, and meditate naked. Build up to it. The very first step is possibly to lie on your bed for at least an hour naked.
If you can, try to visit places where nudism is considered part of the culture and has a large community.

Nudism is illegal in the state of Arkansas. If you live in Arkansas, and want to practice nudism, you'd probably be best off visiting or moving to another state or country where nudism isn't outlawed.
