  Those are dead pixels. You can try applying pressure to the black spot with a cloth-covered pen. If that doesn't work, you're going to have to replace your screen. But if it's not much of a bother, then you can just leave them alone. Check with your phone manufacturer if you still have an active warranty before trying to repair the screen yourself.
