Stephen Synnott
American astronomer
Stephen P. Synnott is an American astronomer.[1] He is also a scientist for the Voyager program.[2] He discovered several moons of Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune.
He discovered Metis, Puck, Larissa, Proteus,[2] and Thebe.
The minor planet 6154 Stevesynnott was named after him.[3]
