Mir Taqi Mir
Indian Urdu language poet (1723-1810)
Mir Taqi Mir (born 1723 in Agra - died September 21, 1810 in Lucknow).[1] He was an Urdu poet and one of the pioneers who gave Urdu shape to itself. He is remembered as Khuda-e-Sukhan which means "god of poetry".[2] His father's name was syed ali muttaqi .
