Atromitos FC (Grieks: Π.Α.Ε. Α.Π.Σ. Ατρόμητος Αθηνών, P.A.E. A.P.S. Atromitos Athenes) is een Griekse voetbalclub uit Peristeri, een stad vlakbij Athene. In 2005 is de club gefuseerd met Chalkidona FC en nam plaats in de hoogste klasse. In 2008 degradeerde de club. Het werd in 2009 echter kampioen van de tweede klasse waardoor ze weer naar de hoogste divisie stegen. In 2011 bereikte de club de finale van de Griekse voetbalbeker waarin verloren werd van AEK Athene.
