Estos premios no son entregados a títulos publicados en inglés, como nuevas versiones de textos antiguos. Hay libros que no son considerados en estas categorías, como los de cocina, de autoayuda (incluso literatura inspiracional), de referencia, de imágenes o infantiles. Sin embargo, los títulos a ser galardonados pueden ser traducciones, historias cortas o colecciones de ensayos, o cualquier título que pueda entrar en las categorías mencionadas.
