第一件事就是切开石榴，然后把它放到装满水的大碗里。
把石榴放到碗里，在水里掰出石榴籽，石榴籽会沉到碗底，而淡黄色或白色的薄膜会浮起来。
丢掉石榴皮和漂起的薄膜。
倒掉碗里的水，把石榴籽倒进搅拌器。让搅拌器多搅拌几次，打碎里面的石榴籽。
在碗上放一个金属滤网，把搅拌器里的混合物倒到滤网里。然后用勺子或其它工具挤压浆状的混合物，尽可能地挤出更多的果汁。
每一杯半的石榴汁里加入1/3杯的糖。这样能增加饮品的甜味。

- 石榴汁能让任何布料染上颜色，而且很难清理。所以在制作果汁过程中，不要穿着浅色的、昂贵的或自己很喜欢的衣服。
- 最好将所有的石榴籽放入搅拌器里搅拌，然后用干净的纱布或手帕包住浆状物，用力挤压、扭动纱布来挤出所有果汁，这样能得到更多的果汁和果肉。此外，这样制作的果汁也不需要再添加白糖，喝起来会比较甜。
- 注意那些飞溅出来的石榴籽，它们可能会让你的袜子、地毯和衬衫染上颜色。
