素材
- 一瓣蒜,去皮
- 喷雾型橄榄油
- 6个育空黄金土豆
- 2汤匙(28克)融化的低脂黄油
- 盐和白胡椒,适量
- ½ 茶匙(1克)大蒜粉
- 1 ½杯(162克)格鲁耶芝士,擦细
- 1杯(273毫升)脱脂牛奶
- 1 片月桂叶
- 2茶匙(3克)百里香
- ¼茶匙(½克)豆蔻粉
步骤
- 土豆削皮,切成薄片。制作这道菜需要用到6个中等大小的育空黄金土豆。将土豆削皮,接着用锋利的刀切成厚度不超过3mm的薄片。[4]
- 如果切好的土豆片能炸成薯片,那么这样的厚度就合适了。
- 你也可以用蔬菜切片机切土豆。
- 将土豆片、黄油、盐、胡椒粉和大蒜粉混合。将土豆片放入大碗,加入2汤匙融化的黄油,1/2茶匙大蒜粉,还有适量盐和黑胡椒粉。将大碗颠一颠,让土豆片均匀地裹上黄油和调味料。[5]
- 将土豆片和芝士铺在烤盘里。将一半的土豆片铺在烤盘的底部,薄薄地铺一层就够了,注意土豆片不能重叠。接着,把3/4杯擦得很碎的格鲁耶芝士撒在土豆上。最后用剩下的土豆片将芝士盖住。[6]
- 将牛奶、百里香、月桂叶和豆蔻粉的混合物烧开。把1杯脱脂牛奶、一片月桂叶、2茶匙百里香、1/4茶匙豆蔻粉倒入一口小奶锅中。用中高火将混合物烧开,这个过程需要大约5分钟。[7]
- 你可以用豆奶等不含乳糖或乳类成分的奶替代普通牛奶。不含乳类成分的奶比较稀,所以做好的千层派可能没有传统千层派那么香滑浓稠。
- 将牛奶和其它香料的混合物倒在土豆片上。把炉子上的奶锅拿起来,把混合了香料的牛奶均匀地倒在土豆上,注意每一片土豆都要淋上牛奶。[8]
- 把余下的芝士撒在土豆上。将剩下的3/4杯芝士碎撒在土豆片表面。芝士碎要尽量撒匀,将土豆均匀覆盖。[9]广告
