ขั้นตอน
เข้าเว็บ https://sheets.google.com ในเบราว์เซอร์. ถ้าล็อกอิน Google ไว้แล้ว จะเห็นรายชื่อเอกสาร Google Sheets ที่สร้างด้วยบัญชีนั้น- ล็อกอิน Google ก่อนถ้ายังไม่ได้ทำ
คลิกเอกสาร Google Sheets.
คลิกขวาหมายเลขแถว. แต่ละแถวจะมีหมายเลขในคอลัมน์สีเทาทางซ้าย
คลิก Delete Row.โฆษณา
เข้าเว็บ https://sheets.google.com ในเบราว์เซอร์. ถ้าล็อกอินบัญชี Google แล้ว จะเห็นรายชื่อเอกสาร Google Sheet ของบัญชีนั้น
คลิกเอกสาร Google Sheets.
คลิกแล้วลากเพื่อเลือกข้อมูลทั้งหมด.
คลิก tab Data. ในแถบเมนูด้านบน
คลิก Filter.
คลิกไอคอนเส้นตรง 3 เส้นที่ซ้อนกันเป็นสามเหลี่ยม ที่เซลล์ซ้ายบน.
คลิก Sort A → Z. เพื่อย้ายเซลล์ว่างทั้งหมดไปที่ด้านล่างโฆษณา
เข้าเว็บ https://sheets.google.com ในเบราว์เซอร์ที่ถนัด. ถ้าล็อกอิน Google ไว้แล้ว ก็จะเห็นรายชื่อเอกสาร Google Sheet ของบัญชีนั้น
คลิกเอกสาร Google Sheets.
คลิก tab Add-ons. ในแถบเมนูด้านบน
คลิก Get Add-ons.
พิมพ์ Remove Blank Rows ในแถบค้นหา แล้วกด ↵ Enter.
คลิก + Free. ตรงข้าม "Remove Blank Rows (and More)" หรือก็คือ add-on ที่มีรูปยางลบ
คลิกบัญชี Google. ถ้ามีหลายบัญชี จะมีถามว่าจะใช้ Add-on กับบัญชีไหน
คลิก Allow.
คลิก tab Add-ons อีกรอบ. ในแถบเมนูด้านบน
เลือก Remove Blank Rows (and More).
คลิก Delete Blank Rows/Columns. เพื่อเปิดตัวเลือก add-on ในคอลัมน์ทางขวา
คลิกเซลล์สีเทาว่างๆ ที่ด้านซ้ายบนของ spreadsheet. เพื่อเลือกทั้ง spreadsheet- หรือกด Ctrl+A เพื่อเลือกทั้งหมด
คลิก Delete. ในตัวเลือก add-on "Remove Blank Rows (and More)"โฆษณา
