Edits on Second Punic War edit

Hello there. Re these reverted edits. The lede (and for that matter infobox) of an article is a summary of the contents thereof. MOS:LEAD; MOS:INFOBOXPURPOSE. Contents of an article in general must be justified with reference to high-quality reliable sources. If you want to insert material related to surprise and the violating the Ebro Treaty in 226 BC they must first be put into the text of the article, justified with reference to high-quality reliable sources.
