Teru Fukui (福井 照, Fukui Teru, born December 14, 1953) is a Japanese politician of the Liberal Democratic Party, a member of the House of Representatives in the Diet (national legislature).

editA native of Osaka, Osaka and graduate of the University of Tokyo, he joined the Ministry of Construction in 1976. Leaving the ministry in 1999, he was elected to the House of Representatives for the first time in 2000.
