St Helens R.F.C. is an English professional rugby league club based in St Helens, Merseyside. Formed in 1873, the club has competed in the sport since the foundation of the Northern Rugby Football Union in 1895. This list details the club's achievements in all major competitions

- ^ A play-off system was not used in Super League until the 1998 season.
- ^ In 1996 and 1997, the championship was awarded to the league winners. Following the introduction of the play-off system in 1998, no trophy was awarded to the league winners until the introduction of the League Leaders' Shield from the 2003 season onwards.
