John Lamb,[1] (28 February 1789 – 18 April 1850) was an academic and Anglican priest in the first half of the nineteenth century.[2]
A mathematician, he was Master[3] of Corpus Christi College, Cambridge[4] from 1822[5] to 1837.[6] He also became Dean of Bristol from 1837[7] until his death.[8]
