2017–18 Russian Football National League

The 2017–18 Russian National Football League was the 26th season of Russia's second-tier football league since the dissolution of the Soviet Union. The season began on 8 July 2017 and ended on 12 May 2018.

Notes:
  1. ^ a b c d On 30 May 2018, the league announced that FC Kuban Krasnodar (9th place), FC Tosno (relegated from the 2017–18 Russian Premier League) and FC Ararat Moscow (promoted from the 2017–18 Russian Professional Football League, zone Center) failed in their appeal to get the FNL license for the 2018–19 season. According to league regulation, 18th, 19th and 20th-placed teams will not be relegated.[1]
  2. ^ a b On 28 May 2018, the league announced that FC Volgar Astrakhan chose to get relegated voluntarily due to lack of financial opportunities. According to league regulations, Rotor Volgograd will not be relegated.[2]
  3. ^ Russian Football Union announced on 11 May 2018, that none of the teams from the East zone of the 2017–18 Russian Professional Football League applied for the FNL license for the 2018–19 season. According to the league regulations, 16th-placed team will not be relegated.[3]
