登录到Hotmail邮箱（微软电子邮箱服务）。微软邮箱已于最近升级成Outlook邮箱，但是你的Hotmail邮箱地址依旧可以正常工作。当你使用Hotmail邮箱地址进行登录时，会自动定向到Outlook邮箱。
打开邮箱设置。点击窗口右上角的齿轮状图标，它位于你的用户名旁边。这会打开一个允许你更改配色方案和其他基本选项的菜单。点击菜单中“更多邮箱设置”链接。
点击“安全发件人和阻止发件人”。你能在第二栏里找到这个选项，它位于“拦截垃圾邮件”标题的下方。点击它打开列有三个选项的列表。
点击“阻止发件人”。这样会打开一个表格，你可以在表格中输入你想要屏蔽的电子邮箱地址。任何来自该邮箱的邮件都会被自动删除，所以请确认你确实想要屏蔽该电子邮箱地址。
向列表中添加电子邮件地址。你可以输入特定的电子邮箱地址（如：[email protected]）或全域名（如xxxxx.com）。如果你屏蔽一个域名，那么来自该域名的所有信息都会被拦截。你无法屏蔽某些很受欢迎的域名，如谷歌邮箱Gmail、雅虎等。
