เปิด Device Manager ในคอม. Device Manager ใช้เปิดและปิดได้ทุก hardware ที่ใช้ในคอม- คลิก Start menu หรือไอคอน search
- พิมพ์ Device Manager
- คลิก Device Manager ในผลการค้นหา
คลิกไอคอนข้าง Human Interface Devices. เพื่อขยายรายชื่ออุปกรณ์ในหมวดหมู่นั้น
เลือก HID-compliant touch screen. ให้คลิกเลือกส่วนนี้ใน "Human Interface Devices"
คลิก tab Action. ที่ปกติอยู่มุมซ้ายบนของหน้าต่าง Device Manager แล้วเมนูจะขยายลงมา
เลือก Enable ในเมนู Action. เพื่อเปิดใช้ฟีเจอร์ touch screen ในคอม- ถ้าจะ Disable (ปิด) touch screen ก็ทำได้ในเมนู Action ตามเดิม
