ขั้นตอน
เข้าเว็บ https://www.spotify.com ในเบราว์เซอร์.- คุณเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่านจากแอพในมือถือหรือแท็บเล็ตได้เลย
คลิก Log In. ที่มุมขวาบนของหน้าต่าง
พิมพ์ username/อีเมล กับรหัสผ่าน.- ถ้าปกติใช้ Facebook ล็อกอินบัญชี Spotify ก็จะไม่มีรหัสผ่าน Spotify ให้เปลี่ยน เว้นแต่จะเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่าน Facebook แทน
คลิก LOG IN.
คลิก username. ด้านซ้ายล่างของหน้าต่าง
คลิก Account.- ถ้าเปิด Spotify มาเจอ Web player ให้คลิก View Account ก่อน
เลื่อนลงไปคลิก Change Password. ข้างไอคอนแม่กุญแจ ในเมนูทางซ้ายของหน้าจอ
พิมพ์รหัสผ่านปัจจุบันในช่องบนสุด.
พิมพ์รหัสผ่านใหม่ในช่องถัดไป.
พิมพ์รหัสผ่านใหม่อีกรอบ ในช่องด้านล่าง.
คลิก SET NEW PASSWORD. เพื่ออัพเดทรหัสผ่านโฆษณา
เข้าเว็บ http://www.spotify.com/password-reset ในเบราว์เซอร์.
พิมพ์ username (หรืออีเมล) Spotify ในช่อง. ต้องใช้อีเมลที่พ่วงไว้กับบัญชี Spotify นั้นๆ
คลิก SEND. อีเมลจะถูกส่งไปยังอีเมลที่พ่วงไว้กับบัญชี Spotify ของคุณ
เช็คอีเมล แล้วเปิดข้อความที่ Spotify ส่งมา.
คลิกลิงค์ในอีเมล.
พิมพ์รหัสผ่านใหม่ในช่องที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
พิมพ์รหัสผ่านใหม่อีกรอบ.
คลิก SET PASSWORD. เพื่อเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่านให้เสร็จสิ้นโฆษณา
