ขั้นตอน
เปิดเมนู Start ในคอม. โดยคลิกปุ่ม Start ที่มุมซ้ายล่างของหน้าจอ แต่จะสร้างหรือลบผู้ใช้ได้ ต้องใช้บัญชีแอดมิน (Administrator account) เท่านั้น- หรือเปิดโดยแตะปุ่ม ⊞ Win
พิมพ์ "Command Prompt" ในแถบค้นหาของเมนู Start. Command Prompt จะโผล่มาด้านบนของผลการค้นหาที่เกี่ยวข้อง- หรือกดปุ่ม ⊞ Win ค้างไว้แล้วแตะ X เพื่อเปิดเมนู quick-access พร้อม Command Prompt
คลิกขวาที่ไอคอน Command Prompt. แล้วเมนูจะขยายลงมา
คลิก "Run as administrator" ในเมนูที่ขยายลงมา. คุณจะเข้า Command Prompt ใน Administrator mode ไม่ได้ ถ้าใช้บัญชี guest- ถ้าใช้เมนู quick-access ก็แค่คลิกตัวเลือก "Command Prompt (Admin)" ห้ามเลือก Command Prompt ทั่วไป
คลิก "Yes" ในหน้าต่าง pop-up. เพื่อเข้า Command Prompt ในฐานะแอดมินโฆษณา
คลิกหน้าต่าง Command Prompt. เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าเคอร์เซอร์มาโผล่ใน Command line แล้ว[1]
สร้างบัญชีผู้ใช้. โดยพิมพ์ net user (username) (password) /add เสร็จแล้วแตะ ↵ Enter เพื่อสร้างผู้ใช้ใหม่ในบัญชีคุณ- ให้แทนที่ข้อมูลในวงเล็บ ด้วย username กับรหัสผ่านจริงๆ ระวังอย่าเผลอพิมพ์วงเล็บไปด้วย
ลบบัญชีผู้ใช้. โดยพิมพ์ net user (username) /delete เสร็จแล้วแตะ ↵ Enter เท่านี้บัญชีผู้ใช้ที่เลือกก็จะหายไป!- บรรทัดที่เขียนว่า "The command completed successfully" จะโผล่มาหลังสร้างหรือลบบัญชีสำเร็จ
ออกจาก Command Prompt. ตอนนี้คุณก็รู้แล้วว่าจะสร้างและลบผู้ใช้ใน Command Prompt ได้ยังไง!โฆษณา

- ถ้าไม่เลือก "Run as Administrator" ตอนเปิด Command Prompt ก็จะสร้างหรือลบบัญชีผู้ใช้ไม่ได้
