O tempo é engraçado: ele voa quando as pessoas estão se divertindo, mas se arrasta quando estão entediadas. O lado ruim é que isso acontece com bastante frequência durante algumas aulas de escola ou faculdade, mas o bom é que há formas de aliviar um pouco a barra. Parece contraproducente, mas até se concentrar no conteúdo em si já ajuda! Se isso não der certo, você pode recorrer às estratégias abaixo.
