How to Spin a Fidget Spinner

Fidget spinners are popular toys that can help ease anxiety. If you have a fidget spinner, spinning it is easy. You can spin your fidget spinner using either one or two hands. You can also do tricks with your spinner to impress friends and family members.

To hold a fidget spinner, hold it between your thumb and middle finger. Your thumb should be on the bottom of the spinner and your index finger should be on top. For one handed spinning, hold the spinner vertically.
Use your ring finger to flick the bottom blade forwards away from your hand, spinning the fidget spinner in reverse. Keep flicking until the spinner has a steady rotation going.

This time, instead of flicking the spinner forward with your ring finger, flick it backwards towards your hand. Again, keep going until you have a steady rotation.
