How to Cook Basic Japanese Ramen

Too lazy to cook those fancy ramen you see in movies, anime, TV shows, or etc? This is a really easy basic ramen and it's really delicious!

Ingredients

  • 300ml of water
  • 2-3 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 2 tsp of chicken stock powder
  • A little grated ginger and garlic
  • 1 tsp of sesame oil
  • Your desired toppings.
  • Ramen noodles (or any kind of noodles would be good too)

Steps

  1. How.com.vn English: Step 1 Gather the pans/pots that you're going to use and everything else.
  2. How.com.vn English: Step 2 Pour the water into a pot and turn the heat up and wait until it boils/steams.

  4. How.com.vn English: Step 4 Pour the soy sauce and chicken stock powder.
  5. How.com.vn English: Step 5 Add the ginger and garlic and the sesame oil.
  6. How.com.vn English: Step 6 Stir the ingredients.
  7. How.com.vn English: Step 7 Wait for about 5 minutes for the flavors to come out.
  8. How.com.vn English: Step 8 Strain the soup in a strainer then put it in a bowl.
  9. How.com.vn English: Step 9 Strain the noodles as well and put it in the same bowl.

    You have your basic ramen!
