How to Make a Wizard Hat

If you need to add a magical accessory to playtime, parties, or costumed events, create a whimsical wizard hat! For a simple hat that comes together in just a few minutes, cut a few pieces of construction paper into a cone and brim. If you want to make your fabric hat crooked, thread a sewing needle and pinch fabric along the seam of the cone with one hand. Insert your needle and bring it out about 1 inch (2.5 cm) down the seam.
