How to Make a Guy Chase You over Text

Texting a guy you like can feel like solving a puzzle, especially when you’re trying to get him to chase you. Striking the balance between showing too much interest and not showing enough isn’t as hard as it seems—and if you do it right, you’ll have him thinking about you all the time. Read through these tips and tricks to catch a guy’s interest and keep it as long as you want.

Add some mystery and mystique to your life to leave him wanting more. Instead of divulging everything about yourself, let him in a little, but don’t tell him everything. Ask him thoughtful questions about himself.

This is a great way to keep him interested in your conversation. Think of a few fun questions that you might ask him to get to know him a little better, like what he does for fun or where his family is from. Then, try to ask one or two questions every time you two text. He’ll remember you as the nice person who wants to know more about him, and that will get him thinking about you a lot. - “Hey handsome. What are you up to?”

If you’re feeling bold, a seductive text is sure to catch his attention. Don’t feel pressured to send anything X-rated, but get his engine revving a little bit with a sultry text. You can talk about what you’re wearing, what you’re doing, or the fact that you wish he was here right now. Try something like:

- “I can’t sleep! I keep thinking about you.”

Keep your messages positive.

Try to be upbeat so he looks forward to chatting with you. We all have bad days sometimes, but if you want this guy to chase you, you’ll want to keep a positive attitude.
