Cash App is a mobile phone service that allows you to make and receive payments from other people and institutions. While using the app can be easy, you may need to contact the Cash App Support if you are having issues that can’t be resolved in the Frequently Asked Questions sections of the website or app. There isn’t a direct line you can call to speak to a Cash App representative by phone, but you can contact the support team within the app, on the website, and by mail.

If you want to hear instructions over the phone, you can call the number and listen to an automated menu of topics. You may find a solution to your issue by listening to the step-by-step instructions.[1]- If you would like to speak to a member of the Cash Support team, you will need to request contact through the app or on the Cash App website.
Beware of scammers that might give out different numbers. Some websites will give out fake phone numbers and may try to collect your private or financial information. Mail a letter to the Cash App Headquarters in San Francisco. If you can afford to wait for the mailing and response time, you can send a letter to the headquarters in California. Address your letter to: Cash App, 1455 Market Street Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94103.[3]- When you write the address on the envelope, you should write the street, the city-state, and the zip code.

Tap your profile icon on the Cash App home screen. You will need to be logged into your Cash App on your smartphone. Choose “Contact Support” to request a call or email from a representative. If you aren’t having any luck with the general topics, select the general topic that best describes your issue. Then, at the bottom of the screen, you’ll see the option to “Contact Support.” You can choose to be contacted within 24 hours by phone or by email.[7]- Double-check your phone number or the spelling of your email so that a representative will be able to reach you!
Explain your problem in detail and select “Continue.” After you’ve confirmed your contact information, Cash App will ask you to explain the issue you’re having. Provide as much information as possible, and you will receive a confirmation notice once you press “Continue.”[8]- If you don’t receive a notice within 24 hours, try to contact support again by repeating the process.
Tip: Make sure your explanation is long enough. If your explanation is too short, you may receive a pop-up asking you to write more. Explain your issue in full detail.

This will bring you to a form that you can complete to notify the staff at Cash App that you’re having an issue that you need help with.[10]
