How to Check Which Email Address You Use for Facebook: iPhone + Android

Find the email address linked to your Facebook account using the mobile app or a browser

Trying to find the email address that’s linked to your Facebook account? You can easily do so using the mobile app for iPhone or Android, or on the Facebook website. If you’re trying to check your old Facebook email address, unfortunately that service has been discontinued. However, we’ll explain how to access your Facebook Business inbox if you have a Facebook Page.

  • You can find any email addresses linked to your Facebook account under Settings & privacy > Settings > Meta Accounts Center > Personal details > Contact Info.
  • Facebook used to offer email addresses to all users, but that service was shut down in 2014.

    Tap the icon that looks like a white lowercase f on a blue background. If you haven’t already logged in, do so now.

    In the Personal details screen, select Contact Info. This will open a new screen with any email addresses and phone numbers associated with your Facebook account.
    • Tap on any of the email addresses in the list to delete it or add it to another account.
    • Tap the Add new contact button at the bottom of the screen if you want to add a new email address or phone number.

    You can also find your email address in the web version of Facebook. Click your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen, then go to Settings & privacy > Settings. From there:
    • Click Meta Accounts Center in the Settings pane on the left side of the screen.
    • Select Personal details under the Account settings header on the left side of the page.
    • Click Contact Info in the Personal details menu. You’ll be able to see and edit any email addresses associated with your account.
