Canceling Your EOS Gym Membership

You can cancel an EOS Basic, Blue, or Black membership at any time with a 30-day notice. Visit your local EOS and ask a staff member to cancel or freeze your account. If you’re in AZ, CA, or NV, you can complete an online form to cancel your membership.

You can request to cancel your membership online using EOS’s Membership Cancellation Form. Instead of canceling your EOS membership, you can freeze your account for just $5 a month. What if you have an EOS personal training contract?

EOS Fitness only allows members to cancel their regular EOS membership once their personal training account is closed first. Personal training accounts are on a separate multi-month contract. Payments are due upon sign-up and reoccur monthly. EOS Fitness charges its members upon sign-up unless there’s a special sale, like $0 down. However, after 30 days of enrolling, you’ll be charged an annual membership fee of $49.99. This occurs each year within 30 days of your enrollment anniversary.^{[6]XResearch source}

Whether it be a cross-country move, a severe injury, or the loss of a loved one, you can’t always predict what’s going to happen in life.
