Sinusitis
inflammation of the mucous membrane that lines the sinuses resulting in symptoms
Sinusitis means infection or inflammation of the sinuses, which are air-filled spaces inside the bones of the face. There are many symptoms, including thick nasal mucus, a plugged nose, and pain in the face.[1]
