Moreover, s/he has engaged with some of the most sensitive subjects related to Eastern Europe and has consistently shown an evenness of temper and commitment to scholarly, collaborative outcomes. Her/his editing work is first class, but even more noteworthy in my view is the effort s/he makes to diligently engage productively with editors in conflict and seek mechanisms to resolve that conflict.
