下载PDF文件- 1在PowerPoint中，选中开始播放音乐的那张幻灯片。
从菜单中，选择：插入>影片和声音>文件中的声音- 3浏览对话框来选择音乐文件。回答“想让声音文件在幻灯片放映时自动播放吗？”
- 幻灯片上你会看到一个声音图标。移动该图标，放到方便点击的地方。
要调整播放选项，右键单击声音图标，并选择“自定义动画”。从下拉列表中选择效果选项。- 6PowerPoint将自动嵌入声音文件（默认大小最多100KB）。大于默认设置的文件将以链接形式出现，不能嵌入到幻灯片中。
要想增加默认设置到50,000 K的大小，选择：工具>选项
在“选项”对话框中，选择“一般”选项卡。 把100 KB改到任意数值，但最高50,000 KB。点击“确定”。- 9声音文件若大于默认大小限制就不能嵌入，而是以链接形式存在于幻灯片中。转移演示文稿时，必须将演示文稿文件、链接文件一起复制过去。如果声音文件是演示文稿文件中嵌入的一部分（在大小限制范围内），无需一起复制。广告
