Au! Op een stuk glas gaan staan kan zowel eng als pijnlijk zijn, maar je hoeft niet in paniek te raken. Het kan een beetje prikken, maar stukken glas en glassplinters zijn gemakkelijk te verwijderen als je een pincet en een naainaald bij de hand hebt. Hieronder staan alle veelgestelde vragen die je wellicht hebt, zodat je je voet snel en veilig kunt behandelen.

- 2Trek het glas met een pincet uit de wond. Maak een pincet schoon met ontsmettingsalcohol. Pak het glas dan voorzichtig vast met het pincet en trek het uit de huid. Als het stuk glas erg klein is, gebruik dan een vergrootglas terwijl je het glas met het pincet uit de huid trekt.[3]Advertentie
Hoe verwijder je een glassplinter die zich onder de huid bevindt?
- Prik de huid lichtjes in met een schone naainaald. Neem de naald af met ontsmettingsalcohol en zoek uit waar de splinter zich precies bevindt. Prik dan de huid boven de splinter in. Gebruik de naald om het ene uiteinde van de splinter omhoog te tillen, zodat je hem gemakkelijker kunt verwijderen.[4]
- Als het ene uiteinde van de splinter al uit de huid steekt, dan hoef je wellicht niet in je huid te prikken. Pak het uiteinde gewoon vast met het pincet en trek de splinter voorzichtig uit de huid.
- 2Haal de splinter met een schoon pincet uit de huid. Neem het pincet af met ontsmettingsalcohol en pak het omhoogstekende uiteinde van de glassplinter vast. Haal de splinter dan voorzichtig omhoog en trek hem uit je voet.[5]Advertentie
