Charge your battery completely. If your cart has air flow but no smoke comes out, then the issue could be a weak battery. Plug in your vape pen into a USB charger and then connect it to a wall outlet to charge it. Vape batteries take different times to charge based on their size, but they’ll usually have a light that blinks or shuts off as soon as they’re full.
