Trying to whitelist an email address? You can easily do so in the settings menu of your email client. Whitelisting an email address means that it won't be sent to the spam folder.   • In Gmail and Yahoo, you'll need to create a filter to send certain emails directly to the inbox.

    • Note that you can't create a filter in the Gmail app. This method needs to be done from the Gmail desktop website.
