The Hardcore Gamer: For you, gaming isn’t a hobby—it’s a way of life. Out of all your friends, nobody takes gaming more seriously than you. You might have just as many online friends as you do IRL because you regularly immerse yourself in your games for hours on end. You live and breathe games and have all the latest updates, gaming gadgets, and new arrivals at any given time.
The Sensitive Gamer: You put your heart and soul into the games you play, and it’s easy for you to get emotionally invested. The Old-School Gamer: The bells and whistles of modern games just don’t excite you like old-school games do. You don’t need hyper-realistic graphics and immersive open worlds; simple 8-bit graphics appeal to you even more! You probably gravitate toward antique consoles like the Atari or the Sega Genesis—and you may even refuse to touch a modern game in solidarity with the old-school titles.

You’re the kind of player who spends as much time flipping through codex pages for scraps of lore as you do exploring the game, and you love having the freedom to roam at will.
