Have you ever been in a situation where you would be out all day? In the morning, it can be cold, you wear a long sleeved sweater. Later in the day though, it gets hotter, and it's even more hot since you wore long-sleeved clothes. Read this article for steps on how to wear long-sleeved shirts in hot weather.

When you first go outside, wear a short sleeved shirt, and a jacket on top of it. The jacket is for the cold. That way, when it's cold, you can keep the jacket on when it's cold. Take the jacket off when it starts to get hot.
